Completely out of the blue we received an email to have a look at a new mouse that has hit the market over the pond, but has yet to release in the States. EpicGear MeduZa Mouse
Looking at the press release information in the email, I was intrigued to say the least to have an up close and personal look at what this new company was bringing forth. Let me start by introducing you to EpicGear MeduZa Mouse Gear. From what I can gather, it looks like the company just started at the end of last year and is now in the position to offer EpicGear MeduZa Mouse in masses to the public.
In reality they are a part of a much larger organization, Golden Empire International Limited, or as we know them GeIL, the memory company. If EpicGear MeduZa Mouse were to go and check out their page on the web, you would find that I am about to show you the only two products that Epic Gear are currently offering. EpicGear MeduZa Mouse that same site you can also see that they have a keyboard on the way soon and for those on the go, a bag to tote your laptop in.
Overall the mouse feels well made and durable. The forward and back buttons are right where you'd expect them to be — EpicGear MeduZa Mouse above the thumb and easy to reach quickly. Just below the EpicGear MeduZa Mouse wheel is another button, which by default changes the current dpi level between one of four settings, indicated by four easily visible LEDs just in front of where your thumb rests. Finally, ahead of the forward button is the profile switch button, which is non-programmable.
The scroll wheel is a particular highlight, with EpicGear MeduZa Mouse defined scroll points that aren't too clicky. The underside is clad in a bright orange-red, which thanks to the dual sensors makes the Meduza look always happy to see you.

The switch is used to flick between the three sensor modes. With the mouse connected, the scroll wheel and the logos are illuminated by red LEDs, which makes for a pretty cool look in our opinion. We only EpicGear MeduZa Mouse that all of the LEDs changed colour along with the scroll wheel to indicate the current profile in use. We would have preferred it slightly heavier, but this is a personal choice, and the weight EpicGear MeduZa Mouse generally fine and more importantly is well balanced. The right handed mouse is wonderfully comfortable, especially for gamers employing a palm grip.

Small grooves for your two main fingers are complemented by a well-shaped hump, and the groove for your ring finer is especially nice. Thanks to the two large Teflon feet of the Meduza, it provides a low friction and EpicGear MeduZa Mouse experience in use.
The EpicGear MeduZa Mouse between the three sensor modes aren't hugely pronounced. As such, the dual sensor feature is basically an unnecessary cost increasing feature, as single sensor mice work just as well. The bundled software is incredibly irritating in many regards.
